This is an Open Conversation with Lisa Carpenter, a Transformational and Nutrition Coach at www.LisaCarpenter.ca and creator of the online course and program entitled "E.A.T."
In this conversation, we talk about how hard it can sometimes be for women especially to navigate the relationship between our emotions, our bodies, and the food choices we make.
Lisa has a refreshing approach that you actually might not expect to hear from a more traditional weight loss or nutrition coach. To me, she makes so much sense and gets to the heart of what really needs to change in order to transform my relationship to food.
I had so many AH-HA's during this conversation with Lisa. I was specifically interested to speak with her because our new group in Smithton and ONLINE in the M.A.S.H. Facebook group is really discovering some interesting things when it comes to goal setting and making changes in our lives.
I'll let you watch the video to get the full scoop. It's 47 minutes long but it's worth watching every second.

Until next time, Keep Giving, Keep Learning, Stay Open, Stay Brave!
